Successfully built a new design department including hiring a 20-person team of designers and VizRT artists responsible for creating graphics for 19 regional sports networks across the country.

  • Created cloud-based infrastructure and workflows for the new team working from home.

  • Successfully rebranded Fox Sports Regional Networks to Bally Sports in under 6 months with a new department.

Lead creative for dynamic promotion team reinventing one of TV’s most storied brands.

  • Successfully launched Salem, Outsiders, Underground, Carter and Dog’s Most Wanted with ratings that outperformed expectations.

  • Guided all TV, digital, radio, branded content, and BTS marketing for all shows, which helped the network achieve its highest ratings month ever in March 2017.

  • Helped create network’s mobile app and its first aftershow on Facebook Live.

  • Created a lean and agile production infrastructure designed to produce and manage assets while optimizing utilization across all platforms.

Assumed a key creative role on the senior leadership team, dictating strategy, budgets, and resource requirements.

  • Successfully launched 3 hit CSI franchises turning a channel that was “Touched by An Angel” into America’s Most Watched Network.

  • Helped lead a 100+ department to artistic excellence during creative process.

  • Guided on-air, digital, print, and radio for launch campaigns and in season.

  • Spearheaded upfront pilot presentations used for billion-dollar ad marketplace.

  • Successfully launched Person of Interest, Criminal Minds, The Mentalist, and Under the Dome and guided creative throughout season.

  • Promoted from Writer/Producer/Avid Editor, to Creative Director, to VP.
